When I attempt to access the Mekorma Navigation Workflow system or use the Approval system GP appears to freeze or crash.
The tables in question that may be affecting workflow performance: PM20000 and PM30200 tables.
If you require use of the Mekorma workflow, and you find performance degradation over time as the tables grow, it will be necessary to switch from Mekorma Task-Based Security to Legacy User-Based Security. The latter does not query either table and performance would be unaffected regardless of their size.
As of December 2025 this is a known issue.
