Action Board Printer Tips (GP)

Issue: Batch statuses in the Action Board have the status You must set up Named Printers or Mekorma Printers in order to use 'Process checks and EFTs' action., but printers are set up.

 

Resolution: In the Action Board Printer Setup window, be sure that there is a printer selected for the EFT Remittance option. There must be a printer selected, even if you are not using EFTs.

 

 

Issue: I am receiving extra copies of my checks and/or overflow statements.

 

Resolution: In the Action Board Printer Setup window, remove the selections for the Copy Printer and/or Copy Overflow. To do this, double-click on the System/Default Printers row, or the company row, select the task row, right click on the printer field and select Delete Row.
