Why don't I see my Mekorma Check Format file when I import to the Check Format Library?

The import window displays folders only. You will not see your files at this point.
 
1. Open Mekorma > Check Format Maintenance.
2. Click Add Format.
3. A Select Pathname window opens.
4. Browse to and select the folder that contains the exported check stub file, then click OK.

Mekorma scans the selected folder and displays all supported check stub files found in that location.
 
5. Select the check stub(s) you want to import.
6. Click Import.
 
In the case you need to Export (examples):  
  • Import it into another Microsoft Dynamics GP environment.

  • Share it with Mekorma Support for troubleshooting.

  • Create a backup before making changes.

Export the Check Stub

  1. Open GP > Tools > Setup > Purchasing > Checkbook Setup.

  2. Select the appropriate Checkbook.

  3. Note the name of the Primary Check Format assigned to the checkbook.

  4. Open GP > Tools > Setup > System > Mekorma MICR > Check Format Library.

  5. Select the check format you noted in Step 3.

  6. Click Export.

  7. Browse to the folder where you want to save the file and click Save.

Remember: During the import process, you will select the folder containing the exported file—not the file itself.
