EFT Payment Register is difficult to read when using Action Board

The posting reports that print when using Mekorma's Action Board are difficult to read.

To view the reports with additional formatting, follow these instructions:

1. In Posting Setup, (Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Posting > Posting), select Purchasing for the series and Computer Checks for the origin. In the reports section, select Html file as the file type for the posting journals to print with formatting and select a path for each report to save the files to.

2. After the posting reports have been generated, open the .htm file in a web browser.

3. Select Print from the browser menu and print to PDF.

This method preserves the report formatting and spacing.
