Why am I getting an unexpected check copy when I use the Action Board?
If you have a printer selected for the Copy Printer task in the Action Board Printer Setup window, you will receive a check copy when you process checks and EFTs using the Action Board.
Go to Action Board Printer Setup (Mekorma > Setup > System > Action Board > Options > Printers). In the Printer Selection window, locate the Copy Printer task, select the row, and click the Delete icon to remove it. If a printer is also assigned to Copy Overflow and you don’t want overflow copies, remove that as well.
