My Electronic Signatures subscription has expired. What should I do to continue using the product?

Your Electronic Signature subscription expired.

 

What to do:  Contact Mekorma Sales for assistance upgrading to a new subscription plan.

 

Here’s what you’ll need to do once the subscription has been renewed:

 

1. Install the latest version of the Payment Hub app (v25.1.1.6 as of June 5, 2025 )

- Go to Microsoft AppSource

- Locate Mekorma Payment Hub

 

2. Open the Mekorma Registration Page.

3. Click the Refresh button to ensure the Mekorma Payment Hub displays the correct expiration date.

 

Note: The Electronic Signature will retain its current expiration date of May 31, 2025 even though it is now part of Payment Hub app. All existing Electronic Signature settings will remain unchanged after the upgrade.
