The new GP user cannot see companies and payment data in the Mekorma Payment Hub Action Board.
When a new user clicks on 'Action' in the Mekorma Action Board, a message appears stating "There are no records." However, other long-standing users can see records in the (same) Mekorma Action Board window under their logins.
Resolution:
Running the Mekorma Table Maintenance routine for all companies is known to resolve the issue.
Path: Navigate to Mekorma Area Page >> Setup >> System >> Table Maintenance.
Mark all companies>>Click on "Process & Enable Selected Companies Actions" from the menu.
