My Power Apps Flow us turned off and when I attempt to turn it on I receive the error message: "Flow client error returned with status code "Forbidden" and details "{"error":{"code":"NoActiveAiBuilderEntitlements","message":"Flow '2c7bd1c2-e687-5d4d-9ded-c35c268fbc88' cannot be activated because AI Builder trial or capacity is required to run the flow. You can start or extend a trial in the AI Builder build page: https://make.powerapps.com/aibuilder/build.","extendedData":{}}}"."

You will need to allot more AI Builder credits.
 
Allocate AI Builder Credits to your Environment.

Access the Power Platform admin center: Sign in to the Power Platform admin center:  https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com
Go to Resources > Capacity: On the left pane, select "Resources" and then "Capacity".
Manage Add-ons: Scroll down to the "Add-ons" section and select "Manage".
Select an environment: Choose the environment to which you want to allocate the credits.
Assign AI Builder Capacity: Review the available add-ons and assign the AI Builder capacity to the selected environment.
Save: Click "Save" to apply the changes.
