Why are we not able to see batches created in the Action Board?
In previous cases we have seen when the following steps are followed, batches are not viewed from the Action Board:
1. The user created batches from the GP window
2. At the Mekorma Action Board under Transactions to Process Checks and EFT
*3. Also, reports have surfaced such that after printing checks from GP Edit Payment Batch window, and after printing checks users attempting to post batches from the Action Board still do not see batches Post Batches selection.
Resolution:
Check if the database ID contains the word "test”, then rename it by removing "test" and replacing it with something like Mekorma_T.
If the issue persists, go to Action Board Setup, disable all companies, and enable only the company where the batch is being created for testing.
