We are looking for transaction logs from Mekorma Power Approvals

You may be needing to access transactional logs to provide detailed logs of transaction changes when staff is approving and sending approvals. For example, if an approval is made, you may need to know who approved it, from what device the approval was made, and what IP address the approval came from.
Power Platform admins can search the Audit screen for details from the following services:
 
Admins can filter for specific activities via the Activities list, for example:
Power BI
Microsoft Entra ID
Microsoft Teams
Dynamics 365
Power Apps
Power Automate
Dataverse
 
Examples of log details:
 
Description
Date
CreationTime
Date and time when the log was generated in UTC.
Flow details
IP address of the user’s device.
A unique GUID for every row logged.
A unique identifier of the organization from which the log was generated.
User
A unique identifier of the user in Microsoft Entra ID.
Connector names listed in the flow.
LicenseDisplayName 
 
Retention:
Microsoft retains the audit data for 90 days. You can export the audit data in .csv format and then further explore the data with Microsoft Excel or Power BI.
