When we use the Mekorma Action Board to generate ACH files for processing at the bank, we are finding the file information to be inaccurate..
Resolution:
1. Open the Action Board Setup window.
2. Uncheck the "Test" option in the setup for the company in question. .
3. Confirm the company name for the test database. Is it using ‘Test’ in the name? Note, for security reasons negotiable ACH file generation is intentionally blocked under under such naming convention.
