The signature line is not printing

If using the Legacy Checkbook Security model, launch the Checkbook Security window from the Mekorma Security>Legacy Security hyperlink.

From the Checkbook Security window Open the Signature ID window and review and adjust if necessary the logic setting for the signature line.

If the logic does not appear to be at issue, it's likely the Logical Field::Signature Line needs to be placed on the Mekorma check format.

You would need to launch the Mekorma Configurator to add the logical line field.


If you have not placed a logical field line on the format in Mekorma configurator (Logical Field::Line 1):

To add a Logical Field::Signature Line field go to Configurator>Add elements>Logical Fields::Line 1 (or 2).Click 'ok' and position the label as desired and ‘save’.

Note, to open the Configurator either go to the Check Format Library window, select the format file and click ‘Configure’ or go the Mekorma Checkbook Setup window, click ‘Primary Check Format’ hyperlink to open.

Note: The Legacy Security User-Based model will print the signature line with the logical signature.
