How do I acquire Mekorma Business Central Registration Keys?
New Customer to Mekorma:
1. Open Customer Registration and follow this document

Existing Customer to Mekorma for Great Plains and new to Business Central:
1. Contact Mekorma Sales for existing record name or can they use the Sales Portal <--- ask Sales
If not yet registered in BC but you have an account in CRM with the BC tenant:
Step1:
Open “Customer Registration” Page.
Step2:
In the customer name field, they must enter their customer name EXACTLY as it exists in their account in our CRM. Tab off customer name field.
Step3:
Wait a few seconds, they should receive a “thank you for being a Mekorma customer” message with their Mekorma Registration page open showing their registration data.
If not yet registered in BC and they don’t have an account in registered in our CRM with their BC tenant, you will need to review the user guide details

Trial to Live transition:
If client is already registered in BC
Step1:
Open the Mekorma Registration Page.
Step2:
Click on the “Refresh” button.
Step3:
The “Trial” mode checkbox should unmark if it was not already, and the expiry date as per what is in CRM should populate for each product in the list instead.
Errors:
In Business Central Customer Registration I am getting the error: "A previous Mekorma registration already exists for this account. Please enter the correct information"
More than likely the company name does not match the company name in Mekorma’s records. If you recall the company name you originally input then make the correction and tab off the field for registration to complete. Otherwise, send a request to sales@mekorma.com to perform a validation check or have a correction made.
Refreshing Mekorma Registration is also known to resolve most issues around registration errors:
Steps to refresh the Mekorma Registration
1) At the Mekorma Registration take note of the Customer Name
2) Delete the registration
3) At Customer Registration enter the Customer Name and Tab off that field
