The Mekorma Check Image Archive and PDF Check Copy feature do not display Refund Checks.

Ensure you have a Refund Check format selected at the Mekorma Checkbook Setup window for the checkbook ID. (GP Tools>Setup>Purchasing>Mekorma Checkbook Setup). If you already have one selected, choose another for testing. If the issue persists log a support case at portal.mekorma.com or email  support@mekorma.com
