The PSTL Minimum Check feature is not working when Mekorma is installed

We have seen cases where the PSTL Minimum Check feature did not work with Mekorma. In one case we found that when we had the client move the PSTL dictionary below the Mekorma entry in the Dynamics.set file this resolved the problem. In other cases we found a conflict associated with VPS (Assign Checkbooks, product ID 3183). The client was not using Assign Checkbooks feature and removing it from the set file resolved the issue for them.
