Mekorma has scheduled monthly service maintenance at 11 PM on Friday, November 22nd. During this time, all quotes, new order requests, renewal processing and key services will be unavailable. When I run the Mekorma installer .exe I receive the error: Mekorma Setup Note The installer reported an error generating Event Source "MEEP Connector, Mekorma.' Please contact support@mekorma.com for assistance.
In many cases this issue was found to be benign and clicking 'ok' allowed the client to continue installing and running the .exe. In other cases it was found necessary to remove all records in MEEP_Config_Setup table in order to move forward in the installer.
For good measure when you run the installer choose the (right-click) 'Run as Administrator' option and when you subsequently launch GP to choose the (right-click) 'Run as Administrator' option.
