Why have my Mekorma batch approval notification emails lost their formatting?
If you incorporate Mekorma Legacy User-Based Security and have switched the GP system email setup from MAPI to Exchange with MFA, you likely have taken note that the workflow emails from Mekorma have lost formatting, namely carriage returns have been removed and the email body appears as one continuous string. To regain HTML formatted emails the recommendation at this time would be to change your Mekorma Security model to Task Based Security.
