When I attempt to email EFT’s I receive the warning: “Connection to email server is not available”

1. Ensure email services are online

2. Review Email setup window:  Administration >> Setup >> Company >> E-mail Settings

3. Ensure you have the correct email address on the vendor card (Global) 

4. Try to send an email without using Mekorma to test if you can send an email from GP. 

               Ex.

                  Financial >> Reports >> Financial >> Financial Statements

                  Click Print and Send To.
