When I navigate in Dynamics GP I am receiving the error: An open operation on table ‘MEEP_Configuration_SETP’ failed accessing SQL data.
When you navigate in areas of GP including clicking on vendor cards and you receive the warning:
An open operation on table ‘MEEP_Configuration_SETP’ failed accessing SQL data, please consider the following recommendations:
1. Does the client use the Mekorma Remote Payment Solution? (MEEP). If so, please contact support for further assistance. If not, continue to step 2.
2. Open SQL Management Studio and look at the company MEEP_CONFIGURATION_SETP Table. Are there any records in this table with a Configuration ID? If not, please contact support for further assistance. If there are records, continue to step 3.
3. If records containing a Configuration ID are found in this table, backup the table and then remove the records and test for no further warning messages.
