Why is the print preview window displaying no data and appears all grey?
When a single user prints a second payroll run without logging out and logging back into GP, the second Print Preview window shows no data and is grey. The same is true if subsequent pay runs are processed
Assumed: The first run after login in is successful
What happened to the second run: The PDF archive process tries to create the pdf's to the path defined at the Mekorma System options window. Please verify user has ability to write to this folder. Also, check the Data folder under GP for those PDFs as this is the fallback location in case PDF's cannot be written to the intended folder location.
Please Note: The path to the PDF copies location should be a UNC path. Mapped drives [e.g., G:] tend to present problems.
