How can I resolve the error: ME_Threshold_Approval_WORK cannot find the table
If it is the case you are receiving the error:
A range copy operation on table 'ME_Threshold_Approval_WORK', cannot find the table it is likely the case you will require upgrade to the most current build of Mekorma as this issue has been addressed as of build x86.
This error has been known to occur at different points in processing Mekorma payments or attempting to grant approval on payments using the workflow system. You may also see a related error:
"Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'INDEX1'. table 'SG1.dbo.meThresholdAppvlWorkDtl'. Column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails" when processing Mekorma payments or when running Mekorma Table Maintenance.
This too is known to be resolved in build x86 or in current Mekorma builds. If you continue to have the issue with the current build applied, please contact Mekorma Support.
