The signature is not printing
Sometimes signatures once imported fail to print for all companies. In such a case we recommend the following:
1. Rename the signature prior to (re)import into the Mekorma Signature Library.
2. Import the signature
3. Associate with the company/companies intended for use.
If on the latest build of Mekorma (build x90 as of this note) then going forward the issue will not reoccur upon import of signatures. If it is the case the signature that failed to print was in the former problematic build, then you would inherit the issue even upon upgrade to the build that fixes the problem of signature failure. Therefore you would need to reimport the signature to the library and from that point forward you would not encounter the issue.
Please also note that when you re-name, save as 16-color .bmp, import and test as 16-color renders accurately with optimal results.
