Where are the signatures stored?
After an upgrade all of the signature files should still remain available and connected to those checkbooks and companies just as they were before the upgrade. Having said that it's important to understand that in recent times we've changed where the signature files are stored we no longer store the signature files on the network but instead now store them in SQL. So the question is if this upgrade that you're testing was a much older version of our product to the newest version of our product perhaps the signatures were lost because of a network pathing change.
