When processing EFT's no data is being recorded in Mekorma Archive and Audit tables

If you are processing EFT's with Mekorma reports and finding that no archive or audit log data is being recorded as expected, our first recommendation is to review your configuration.  The EFT Payment Number option should be marked to 'Use EFT Numbers' and not 'Use Check Numbers'. This will allow Mekorma to record payment information.
