Why do I receive the error: "Unable to find stub path?"

After upgrading Mekorma users can't view historical payments and instead get the message "Unable to find stub path".
    
Please verify that the Auto Show Inquiry box is checked on the Mekorma System Options window (GP > Tools >Setup > System > Mekorma) and if it is unchecked,  then recheck it, log out of GP and back in and try again.
