Users receive error: "This build of Mekorma is not compatible with this company database. You need to install a more recent build."

Intermittently, Mekorma users get the message: "This build of Mekorma is not compatible with this company database. You need to install a more recent build." Logging out and back into GP may temporarily resolve the issue. This condition was known to occur in Mekorma builds x78. Installing the latest build of Mekorma for your respective GP version will address this issue.

If you receive the message after having installed a later build on the network and as of yet there are remaining Mekorma workstations that have not been upgraded, this would be expected behavior and you will need to ensure uniform build level for every Mekorma workstation on the network.
