Why are my PDF check copies missing or not being created?

Mekorma saves PDF check copies to the folder set in Mekorma System Options. (Mekorma Area Page>Setup>System Options>PDF Base Folder)
If that folder isn’t accessible, files are saved to:
…\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\Data

Common causes

Mapped drives (F:)
Mapped drives only exist within a user session. Background processes may not see them, which can cause inconsistent results—some companies save PDFs, others don’t.

Use a UNC path instead:
\\Server\Share\Folder

Folder permissions
If permissions aren’t fully applied to the folder and its subfolders, PDFs may stop generating or behave inconsistently.

Check that access is applied across all subfolders.
