Should there be a check region on my Overflow format file?

No. The Overflow Stub Format field was not designed to include a check region. If you want a grid to print over the check portion of your check stock when there is a large amount of invoice information, check the Use primary check format for continuation stub option.

If you want the remaining invoice information to continue onto another format, you can use one of the overflow formats found in the Configurator Format library in the Overflow Stub Format field. The library overflow stub files are a full page of invoices without a check.

Your Overflow stub can also be two half page stubs, or if the Overflow is set to print to another printer, you can print two copies. To print two copies, verify that your printer has an advanced option that allows you to change the default copy setting of "1" to 2 or more, then add a dedicated driver for Overflows with the multiple copy setting.
