The Mekorma Audit Log is Blank

If the Mekorma Audit Log is blank review the Mekorma System Options window for the following:

1. If the 'Disable Check Archiving' box selected you will need to unmark it. This would explain no audit log records appearing. The option also controls the check image archive feature. This action is not retroactive for previously processed payments.


2. Please select the checkbox for the Auto show Inquiry Check Preview feature if you require Mekorma check image inquiry access.
